Sometimes life intervenes. A key person gets sick, has a family crisis, or can’t perform. It’s not ideal, but it’s understandable. The best companies have contingency plans. The worst ones just disappear.

The Client Isn’t Holding Up Their End

Contracts exist for a reason. If items are being removed from the home without authorization, or a client is creating conditions that make a successful sale impossible, a company has legitimate grounds to walk away. We take our contracts seriously and we expect our clients to do the same.

A Bigger Sale Came Along

This one is less forgivable. Some companies will drop a signed client the moment something more profitable comes through the door. We’ve seen the pictures on some of those “better” sales and yes, sometimes we understand the temptation. But we don’t do it.
