My name is Jerry Robertson.

I’ve been working in estate liquidation and business liquidation for over 23 years. I was a co-owner of an estate sale company that managed more than 300 sales in the San Antonio area, including large estates, small homes, probate situations, family settlements, and everything in between.

In that time, I’ve seen how these sales are typically run. Handwritten receipts are used to verify sales.

Handwritten price tags. Manual cash counts. Loosely organized checkout lines. A handshake at the end and a check that may or may not reflect what actually sold.
